This monthly session will focus on different areas of the body and health conditions and you will receive a deeply relaxing treatment, as well as learning how to apply and use therapeutic tools for your own self-care.
We will explore how tuning forks, singing bowls, drum therapy, holistic voice and Reiki can help to energetically reset and rebalance your whole system & how various vibrational techniques can give relief from pain, tension, stress and anxiety.
