If you’re new to yoga or looking to build more confidence in your practice, this gentle 6-week course is the perfect place to begin. Each week we’ll explore the foundations of key yoga poses, focusing on alignment, breath awareness, and how to move in a way that feels good for your body. As the weeks go on, we’ll gradually begin to bring the poses together into a gentle flow, helping you feel more comfortable, connected, and confident on the mat. This course is ideal if:
